Strength, Balance and More
This class is designed to improve your overall strength while improving your balance as well. Taking this class will make you stronger and enable you to move faster while reducing the risk of falling. Various equipment will be used as well as body weight. Stretching will be performed to round out the workout.
Please bring a yoga mat; all other equipment will be provided
Meets at the exercise studio Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9 am. The first class is Wednesday, November 1.
