Description
- Rental Fee $200.00 per 4 hour rental (Security Deposit $350.00)
- $25.00 for each additional hour
- Limit of 4 hours and 25 attendees.
Please note that the Amenity Facility is unavailable for private events on Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend or any other weekend on which a federal holiday falls on either a Monday or Friday (with exception of Martin Luther King Day, Washington’s Birthday, Columbus Day and Veterans Day) as well as the following holidays/weekends: Easter – Memorial Day – 4th of July – Labor Day – Thanksgiving – Christmas Eve – Christmas Day – New Year’s Eve.
