Water Fitness Classes
This class is designed to improve your overall heart health, strength, and coordination as well as agility, balance, and flexibility. This class incorporates both cardio and strength training using pool noodles. Come and enjoy a challenging workout with less impact on your joints. Classes start Saturday, June 1st at 9 am and continue each Wednesday and Saturday at 9 am throughout the summer. Please note that there will be no class held on Wednesday, June 19th. However, classes will resume as scheduled for the rest of the month. To register or for further information, contact the instructor, Emma Bolyard at bolyardpmp@gmail.com. Please register before 6 pm the day before the class is held. *18 and older only. Minimum number of students for a class to be held is 4.
