Muscle movements matter for your body to maintain strong muscles and bone and joint health. This one-hour class will move your muscles through their fullest range of motion so your body can move easily in your daily life.
Particulars: We meet at the Group Fitness Room on Wednesdays, 9AM. Please bring a yoga mat to class. The cost is $9 per person, payable in cash or through Venmo or Zelle. A minimum of 4 people must sign up in order for the class to be held; the maximum number of participants is 8.
