Cardio and Core
This 60-minute class offers a cardiovascular workout combined with strength training. Each class includes a short warm up, 25 minutes each of cardio and core and a short cool down. You’ll elevate your heart rate and tone key muscle groups. Low and high impact options are given for each exercise.
Particulars: We meet at the Group Fitness Room on Saturdays, 9AM. Please bring a yoga mat to class. The cost is $9 per person, payable in cash or through Venmo or Zelle. A minimum of 4 people must sign up in order for the class to be held; the maximum number of participants is 8.
