Aqua Fitness With Emma Bolyard
Do you want to have some fun in the sun, meet new people, and get some exercise too? You can do this right at Tamaya! Improve your heart health, strength, and coordination as well as agility, balance, and flexibility.
This class incorporates both cardio and strength training using pool noodles. Come and enjoy a challenging workout with less impact on your joints than a land class.
Classes will be each Wednesday and Saturday at 9am, staring on Wednesday, June 4th. All classes are held at the Tamaya Amenities lap pool. Noodles are provided.
You must be at least 18 years old. Each class is $6 per participant. A minimum of 4 people signed up ahead of time is required in order to hold the class. Please sign up by emailing Emma directly at [email protected].
